HR Committee

     The idea of National Human Resources Committee came to mind after ESN Eduk8 Autumn Training (2014) where three Lithuanians - Lina (ESN VU), Lina and Donata (ESN KTU) participated. During the 22th National Platform in Panevėžys the Committee was officially established.

The first goal of the Committee was to replace vacant National HR Coordinator position. After a while ago Committee members set up more specific goals:

• create a nice environment within ESN Lithuania
• spread the idea of cooperation in ESN Lithuania
• lead at least one WS/SS during NP
• help National Board to organize National training event “Survival KIT”.
